Our client, a premier national firm, is currently seeking to recruit a mid-level lawyer and a Senior Associate, for the corporate practice of their fast-paced Sydney office. Candidates will have extensive experience within Equity Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions sectors, and a minimum of three years post academic experience. The firm is keen to receive applications from Australian lawyers returning from the UK, or UK qualified lawyers looking for a move to Sydney.
The successful candidates will join an innovative team that values its collegiate culture. You will work with a partner who is considered an absolute leader in their field, and whose experience in multi-billion dollar acquisitions and major transactions, will give you access to the highest quality work, for a blue chip clientele.
