Transactional Lawyer Needed
In the role you will be responsible for the authorisation and monitoring of marketing and disclosure documents.  In addition you may be involved in research on regulatory developments and formulating regulatory policies and procedures.

The successful applicant should have a minimum of 7 years’ transactional experience gained from banks or in-house and have proven knowledge of securities or corporate law.  Knowledge of China related law and Chinese regulations will also be a definite advantage.  An excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
