US Corporate Lawyer - Prestigious US firm - Beijing - 3 to 5 years PQE
This is an opening for a mid to senior level US corporate lawyer with a leading US firm with established and well resourced offices in Asia. You will have around 3 to 5 years of PQE and solid US Securities and/or M&A experience, acquired with an international firm. You will also be fluent in Mandarin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking for great career development prospects with a prestigious US firm.  The successful candidate will work on some cutting edge transactions with some of Beijing’s leading corporate partners.  NY rates and a generous COLA package on offer.
