Our client, a leading US firm with an established footprint in Asia, is currently seeking a US Securities associate to join its US Corporate and Capital Markets Group in Asia, to be based in Hong Kong. You will have at least 3 years of PQE with a leading US law firm and solid US corporate experience, including US SEC-registered IPO work and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings. You will be US qualified with a JD from a leading university. It is a given that you will have excellent technical skills and you will also be fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
