The US law practice in our client's International Capital Markets (ICM) department, based in Hong Kong,  is currently looking for a junior associate. In this role you will be responsible for advising on US SEC-registered equity and debt offerings, Rule144A offerings, including in connection with Hong Kong listings, as well as ongoing advice and assistance on Exchange Act reports and general U.S securities regulations. You will have a minimum of 1 year PQE and experience in US securities law, preferably with a leading international firm. Chinese language skills at native level are also required.
